As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by building an engaging and impactful online presence that fosters awareness, drives action, and connects our global community.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic social media strategies that amplify our message, inspire conversations, and support our programs and initiatives. You will create compelling content, engage with our audience, and ensure our brand voice resonates across all platforms.

  • Create and implement comprehensive strategies that align with Four Drops of Us’s mission, goals, and campaigns.

  • Produce engaging, mission-aligned content, including posts, stories, and videos, and maintain a consistent posting schedule for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

  • Build and nurture an online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations around menstrual health and empowerment.

  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, traffic), analyze trends, and adjust strategies to optimize impact.

  • Identify and engage with influencers, advocates, and partner organizations to expand reach and build collaborations.
